At elmenut.com, we want delivery times to be as fast as possible. Depending on the supplier, they can range between 60 and 90 business days (excluding holidays).

In elmenut.com we work with a line of products, of great confidence, backed by many years of experience, which together with the quality and speed of our service, makes our products are exceptional. Although in case you are looking for a specific brand, we will do our best to get what you need, always under previous request.

We currently deliver and assemble throughout Spain including the Canary and Balearic Islands. We also deliver to the rest of Europe (please consult assembly services beforehand).

In elmenut.com we want you to be satisfied at all times, that's why all our products have 2 years warranty, if any problem arises, we will put an end to it. If there is any incident after these two years, do not worry, we will analyse the incident and its origin, to give you the best solution. We also have collections with a 10-year guarantee on their fittings and folding mechanisms (Tetris Systems).

Our team will take care of everything, from fully personalised advice to meet your needs and adapt them to your project, providing you with 3D projects free of charge so that you can see the final result, to the transport and installation of the project.

It is very important to know the space in which we are going to work, as we may encounter obstacles that make the layout difficult. Therefore, it would be convenient to have the measurements of the space. If you live in Valencia, Alicante, Madrid or Barcelona, elmenut.com can go and measure your home, but don't worry if you are somewhere else, online our team will advise you so that you don't miss a centimetre.

In elmenut.com we are at your disposal in two ways; in our physical shops, where you will find our exhibitions with rooms already assembled so that you can see the final result, contrast qualities and see the different price ranges or online, where as in our shops you will be offered an immediate and personalised treatment as our team will answer you in a maximum of 24 hours, except on holidays that can be delayed up to 48 hours.

At Elmenut our main priority is that our customers are satisfied with the final result, and for this reason we always provide solutions to all the problems that may arise. In the event of an incident during assembly, our fitters will notify the factory as soon as they leave the customer's home, so that the problem can be dealt with and solved as soon as possible. We work with protocols to be able to identify the origin of the problem, analyse it and correct it so that it does not happen again. We also have a group of carpenters specialised in after-sales service, for any incident that may arise once the furniture has been assembled, at no additional cost.
